Which living person do you most admire, and why?
My parents....they're just ordinary, hardworking people who I love very much.
When were you happiest?
That's tricky.....I have been very happy in a few times in my life, I couldn't pick just one.
What was your most embarrassing moment?
I'm pretty darned good at embarrassing myself....a memorable one was walking down the entire high street of the city nearest to me with my skirt tucked in my pants one summer....a kind old lady told me when I was waiting at the bus stop and I pretty much died.
Aside from property, what’s the most expensive thing you’ve bought?
I've never owned a property....the most expensive thing I've bought? Probably my other half's bicycle!
What is your most treasured possession?
I have a few really treasured items but I'd say it's a ring my partner bought me on our first Christmas together.
Where would you like to live?
I'm quite fond of a few little villages in Devon like Winkleigh, Ashcombe and Ideford but I still have a huge love of Northumberland where I was born....I guess I'd just love to live somewhere with a garden and some countryside around.

Lemons
Who would play you in the film of your life?
Drew Barrymore I think....
What is your favourite book?
What a question! I actually can't narrow it down to one. I can't even narrow it down to ten. Too tricky! A few favourites are : the Discworld series of books by Terry Pratchett, anything by Agatha Christie, Snow by Maxence Fermine, Watchmen by Alan Moore, Hertzog by Saul Bellow.....the list goes on and on and on!
What is your most unappealing habit?
Talking about gross things at dinner time.....I don't know why but I always seem to come out with random gross stuff when people are eating, I don't mean to though!
What would be your fancy dress costume of choice?
A cat.....I like cats a lot and people have told me I have quite a feline face.....
What is your earliest memory?
Carrying my little doctors case around and listening to teddy bears hearts.
What is your guiltiest pleasure?
Eating the cold leftover potatoes from a roast before my other half has chance to munch them!
What do you owe your parents?
I don't like the idea of owing your parents anything. You don't.....they created you and that was their choice not yours....the fact that they love you and you love them back should be enough surely?
To whom would you most like to say sorry, and why?
My long suffering other half James......for being a tricky person to live with at times.
What or who is the greatest love of your life?
My little family.

The biggest, scariest, most amazing thing ever.
What was the best kiss of your life?
The very first one James and I ever had.
Which words or phrases do you most overuse?
Bumcakes, arsebiscuits, bugger, No!, Put it down!, Where did I leave those sodding keys?, Who ate all the biscuits?, I'll do it later......
What is the worst job you’ve done?
Tele-sales......it's the most soul destroying job I've ever encountered.
If you could edit your past, what would you change?
Nothing. It's all made me who I am today and I wouldn't want to be anyone else.
What is the closest you’ve come to death?
A wee bit too close.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Living.
When did you last cry, and why?
This morning because I still had no voice.
How do you relax?
Watch a film whilst lying under a blanket on the sofa......then nod off.....
What single thing would improve the quality of your life?
A whippet or lurcher called Doris.
What is the most important lesson life has taught you?
No one expects the Spanish Inquisition :)
